RESCHEDULED! Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Potluck Luncheon and Discussion

The Desmond-Fish Public Library will hold its 23rd annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day celebration with a potluck luncheon and discussion.  This is a free event, and everyone is invited to attend.   Bringing the Dream Home - WHAT CAN WE DO?   We will sing songs by Pete Seeger, share quotes from Eleanor Roosevelt and Dr. King. Then our very own Father Steve will lead the discussion by asking: 1) In what ways big or small, far afield or local, have we stepped into the movement, and 2) What can we do together to fight racism, promote civil rights, and continue the struggle of equality for all. Come with a dish or beverage to share (requested but not required).  Leave with ideas of what you can do to make a difference today.
