Due to concerns about COVID-19, the recital will be rescheduled at a later date.

To officially inaugurate its new world-class pipe organ, St. Philip's is presenting two recitals on Saturday, March 21 featuring a world-class guest artist. Dr. Aaron Tan is a Canadian concert organist and pianist who enjoys careers both as a musician and a scientist. His organ playing has won numerous awards in the U.S. and internationally. He is currently studying at the Institute of Sacred Music at Yale University and also serves as Organ Scholar at the Church of the Resurrection in New York City.

To commemorative this historic moment for St. Philip's Church, a color program book is planned for the recitals that will include information about the organ and the St. Philip's music program. It will also list all who have made possible the installation of the new organ by contributing to the St. Philip's Future Initiative. Please consider becoming a Supporter of the recitals and the St. Philip's Music Program by completing this Response Form and returning it to the Church office. Supporters will have reserved seating and a private organ "tour" with Music Director Durward Entrekin.

Dr. Tan will play two recitals: one at 3 p.m. and one at 7 p.m. Tickets are free, and must be reserved on Eventbrite.com. Click on the Tickets buttons or use the QR codes below.

A reception with the artist follows each concert.
